In filmmaking there are a lot of techniques used to make a better video or to give better details like close up.  Also there are some techniques like video editing to make special effects on certain actions you want. Also there is the film transition which is the process of video editing by which scenes or shots are combined.  Most films will also include selective use of other transitions, usually to convey a tone or mood, suggest the passage of time, or separate parts of the story. Close-ups display the most detail, but they do not include the broader scene. Moving in to a close-up or away from a close-up is a common type of zooming. Close-ups are used in many ways, for many reasons. Close-ups are often used as cutaways from a more distant shot to show detail, such as characters' emotions, or some intricate activity with their hands. Close cuts to characters' faces are used far more often in television than in movies; they are especially common in soap operas. For a director to deliberately avoid close-ups may create in the audience an emotional distance from the subject matter. To edit videos there is the technique called video editing. This is the process of editing segments of motion video production footage, special effects and sound recordings in the post production process. Motion picturr film editing is a predecessor to video editing and, in several ways, video editing simulates motion picture film editing, in theory and the use of linear video effect and video editing software on non linear editing system(NLE). Using video, a director can communicate non-fictional and fictional events. The goals of editing is to manipulate these events to bring the communication closer to the original goal or target. Also to edit videos we could use the technique called film transition. Every film today, whether it be live-action, computer generated, or traditional hand-drawn animation is made up of hundreds of individual shots that are all placed together during editing to form the single film that is viewed by the audience. The shot transition is the way in which two of these individual shots are joined together. There are a lot of types of cuts like the cut, the straight cut, contrast cut, l cut, form cut, match cut, parallel editing cut, jump cut, etc. A video that uses a lot of video effects is the kony video.  In this video the creator uses a lot of effects to give a lot of emphasize in the cuts he wants. Also there is a video in Korea were a Korean singer called IU uses a lot of video techniques. She uses transitions; she uses film cuts and a lot of more video effects. Also in a video called keep your head down. It uses a lot of video effects to emphasize powerful moves.

I did not recieve a thing for chritmas, however if I had to give a gift to another man that is poor I would give him education so he can work for himself and get a life. There is a saying that says teach the man how to fish instead of giving him the fish. If we give the poor "fish" he will not learn and he will get used to people giving him the "fish". An good example can be Guatemala. In Guatemala people give the poor that are in the streets money and thats why this country is like it is. However it is not bad to give a poor man things like clothe, food and things that they will actually help. If we give money to the poor they use the money for other uses like bying alcoholic beverages or ciggars or even drugs because they are addicted. So I would give education to a poor man so he can have his own life and live happy.

I want to brag a minute

I am proud to myself because I know how to play the guitar. A year before I wanted to know how to play the guitar so I started how to play. A year has passed and now I go to concerts.  A year ago I was inspired by my friend. He played the guitar sooooo good… (LOL)  So I told my mom to let me learn guitar and she let me.  When I first went to the guitar class it was boring because I needed to learn the basics to be able to play better in the future. I was also very nervous because I was meeting new people. After being in the guitar class for about 6 months the teacher told me to do a concert with them. I practiced the song “to be with you”. When I got up the stage I got really nervous. It didn’t go wrong until the solo. When it was the solo part I got confused like 10 times however I went on. After I played and came down my teacher told me that I played good. After, I got another invitation to play guitar. When I went up to the stage I didn’t feel so nervous. It felt good for me. After that moment I loved the guitar and decided to study music when I go to university. I plan to go to Boston university and study there.

how technology empowers (benefits) me

Technology benefits me in a lot of ways. Technology is in my everyday life. I use it when i am in the bus; I also use it at school; like using the cell phone, the computer, etc. Technology empowers me by making my life easier. An example I have is the computer. The computer makes my life easier; I use it to do research, to chat with my friends, and to socialize. I also use the computer to play when I’m bored. Another way I use technology is by using my cell phone. I use it to hear music, I use it to call my friends and I also use it to message. I like to use both types of technology because I can socialize with my friends. However technology doesn’t mean it like advanced machines. Technology also refers to other things like cloth, tools and things like that. The advances in fashion or tools are also technology. We use fashion to look better and that is a way to use technology. Technology has advanced for many years and will keep advancing until the world comes to an end.
